Must haves for your new baby shopping list
It's easy to get overwhelmed by the amount of "essentials" you feel you need with a newborn baby. So, to make things simple and easy (and having spoken to lots of new mummies for tips) below are the newborn essentials you need to add to your shopping list
The Mokee Woolnest - The most contemporary Moses basket on the market. Fact
Baby Bjorn Bouncer - I personally wouldn't have another baby without one. Perfect for bouncing your baby to sleep or just a place for him to sit and watch the world go by (whilst you get your nails done)
Ewan the dream sheep - aesthetically UNpleasing but certainly helps with getting a good nights sleep
Sleeping bag - no more worries about your baby slipping under sheets and blankets. If only they did a grown up version.
Zip fronted baby grow - easy access for changing nappies (and stylish too if bought from Mori)
Lansinoh ointment- imperative for sore, cracked nipples and making you feel human again.
Dummies - love them or loathe them, when you want half an hour peace whilst shopping on the kings road you'll thank you're lucky stars they are in your nappy bag
A cappuccino maker - but not the coffee sort. The Tomee Tippee perfect prep machine (which looks suspiciously like an Italian cappuccino machine) makes formula preparation quick and simple
Dr browns anti colic bottles - pricier than the average baby bottle but worth every penny
4x4 - Upgrade your mini to a Range Rover. You'll need the space. Trust me.
A babyzen yoyo + - For your trips to the South of France or safariying in Africa, this lightweight compact stroller is essential. It also counts as hand luggage
